Ningbo Zhuoyue Power Machinery Co., Ltd., formerly known as Cixi Guangming Power Components Co., Ltd., was established in 1996 and located in the economically prosperous Kandun Industrial Zone of Cixi, Zhejiang Province. The company primarily manufactures general-purpose power components, automotive parts, and motorcycle accessories. To expand its business scope, Ningbo Zhuoyue Power Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011, extending its operations into kitchen appliances and home appliance components. In 2012, the company acquired industrial land in Simen Industrial Zone, Yuyao City—a hub within the economically developed and transportation-friendly Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo triangle region—and completed infrastructure construction by 2015, subsequently putting it into operation.
